Are you creative? How about one of your children? Well local pottery painting studio, Color Me Mine, is hosting a contest called Give A Dog A Bowl. The annual contest which runs from August 26th through September 26th invites customers to come and paint a dog bowl to be entered into the contest. There are two categories, 12 and Under and Over 12. Winners will be selected based on online voting results on the color me mine website. First place from each category will receive an awesome prize donated by Braxton's Animal Works and be entered into the national level contest. One winner will be selected from each category at the national level, each receiving A Family Paint Party for up to 6. PLUS- the winner's bowl will be featured in the 2015 official contest advertising materials! There is no additional fee to enter! No late entries will be accepted so mark your calendars now.
Not only is it fun, but throughout the contest, 15% of all animal related pottery sales will be donated to the DelCo SPCA.
